New: Registration Approval. To curb bot sign-ups, new registrations are now reviewed before access is granted. New accounts stay inactive until an admin approves them. Approvers get an email with Approve / Reject buttons, and there's an in-app queue under Utilities → Pending Registrations. Superusers set the approver address under Utilities → Registration Settings.
