Ross Calvert

Lieutenant Colone (then First Lieutenant) Ross Hamilton Calvert, Jr., IN 87-1942 was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross for actions at Taulignan, France on 28 August 1944 while with Company I, 3d Battalion, 30th Infantry Regiment, 3d Infantry Division. He was awarded the Silver Star for actions on 17 March 1944 at Anzio, Italy. He also served in Korea and Vietnam before retiring from the Army in 1971.
